CTC is a type of tea leaf manufacturing technique, where tea leaves are crushed, torn and curled at a high speed to become extremely fine, round granules, capable of conveniently brewing the tea within a short period. We have selected the Assam Black Tea produced 100% from India, with its fine granules of tea leaves with a faint sweet fragrance and a light maltose scent finish, giving a light tea flavor without a strong bitter taste.
