Black Tea

Different from the production process of black tea on the market, the "light roasted" Assam and Ceylon are mixed in a golden ratio to enhance the overall aroma of the tea. Fragrant and lightly citrus fruity. It is generally bitter and tea-like, and it tastes mellow and smooth, making it very suitable for blending.

The Assam black tea, selected from the famous Vietnamese tea estate with suitable climate, goes through the standard process of withering, rolling, fermenting and drying black tea, so that the tea leaves have a perfect aroma and luster. The back part of the woody aroma has a slight maltose aroma, and the flavor is consistent from the smell to the throat. The tea taste is light without strong bitterness and astringency.

It is a blend of Ceylon black tea from the Nuwara Arya production area and black tea that has been fermented after being "roasted" and aged. Different from ordinary black tea, the fermented tea leaves after aging are more mature and have a strong and mellow aroma. The nose rises with grassy freshness and sweet potato caramel aromas, with hints of ripe citrus fruit. The bitterness and astringency are strong, so the tea taste is heavier, the water body is refreshing and the entrance is sweet and smooth.

Earl Grey tea is the most classic flavored tea in the West, and the matching ratio of different base teas and spices has become the secret of each business. We use the light malt-flavored Assam black tea from the Indian tea estate as the base, and add the elegant and refreshing bergamot spice with citrus aroma, which is fresh and a little sour. The aroma of bergamot in the front part of the flavor, with a hint of malt and woody aroma in the back part.

We have selected the Assam Black Tea produced 100% from India, with its fine granules of tea leaves with a faint sweet fragrance and a light maltose scent finish, giving a light tea flavor without a strong bitter taste.

The tea gives a tangy-sweet vanilla fragrance in the beginning, along with the roasted coffee aroma of Cassia seeds and a slight wheat fragrance for the aftertaste; it is a vanilla wheat coffee-flavored black tea with strong characteristics.

100% originating from the Sri Lanka production region, which is also known as the Garden of Eden, it is one of the four greatest and famous teas in the world. We have especially chosen the tea chateau from the “Kandy Production Region” for special processing and manufacturing. It gives a heavy ripe fruit fragrance with a strong flavor. The strong tea taste offers a slight coolness in the mouth, with a continued tea fragrance for the aftertaste.

This is a popular classic product for black teas; it gives a coffee aroma that is exclusive to Taiwanese-flavored black tea in the old days, giving it a unique strong black tea taste. Blended with Assam and Ceylon black teas from Sri Lanka, Vietnam and India, it gives a faint maltose and wood fragrance on the whole, with a slight Cassia seed fragrance for the aftertaste, which is the perfect finish.
